Sign up with your email or phone number. A "Snugger" is the parent or guardian who monitors activity and receives alerts.
Select from DUO, FAMILY, TRIBE, or VILLAGE depending on how many devices (Snuggies) you want to protect.
A "Snuggie" is a child's monitored device. Pair it by scanning the QR code displayed in your Dashboard using the child's WhatsApp.
Once paired, snugapp.ai begins analyzing messages in real-time. You'll see alerts in your Dashboard whenever a threat is detected.
Snugger — The guardian (parent/caregiver) who monitors activity and receives alerts.

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find a real-time summary of your ecosystem: total messages scanned, active devices, alerts generated, and system status.
A live feed of all detected alerts, sorted by time. Each alert card shows the threat category, severity, confidence score, and impacted chat. You can filter by time range (24h, 7d, 30d, 90d), specific device, or severity level.
Premium plans (FAMILY+) unlock visual charts showing messages scanned and alerts over time. Use these to spot patterns and understand your child's digital activity.
From any alert card, you can choose to ignore a chat or mark a contact as "Known". This gives you manual control over how the AI treats specific conversations, ensuring your parenting overrides are always respected.

Click "Add Device" in your Dashboard. Enter the child's name, age, and phone number. A QR code will appear — scan this on the child's device to pair it.
The QR code securely links the child's WhatsApp to snugapp.ai via a bridge connection. This process is automated — just scan and the monitoring begins within seconds.
Each device appears as a card showing its status (connected/disconnected), label, and phone number. You can edit labels, remove the device, or manage its ignored chat list.
snugapp.ai's AI engine detects 11 categories of risk. Only high-confidence detections generate alerts. Manual "Known" status overrides ensure the AI factors in your level of trust for specific contacts.
Each alert is assigned a severity: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. Critical alerts (e.g., self-harm, exploitation) always trigger immediate WhatsApp notifications. High-severity alerts are also sent as WhatsApp notifications to keep you informed. Medium and Low alerts are stored on the platform for your review but may not trigger a push notification.
When you mark a contact as Known, the AI engine dynamically adjusts its analysis logic:
• False Positive Filtering: Detections triggered by "unfamiliar contact" markers are automatically suppressed for trusted individuals.
• Contextual Weighting: The AI factors in the established relationship, reducing the risk score for standard interactions while remaining vigilant for serious threats.
• Permanent Trust: Unlike automated inference, a parent's manual "Known" status is permanent and ensures the AI never treats that contact as a stranger again.
Your family's privacy is our number one priority. snugapp.ai is built from the ground up on a "Zero-Content" architecture.
Message content is analyzed in-memory and immediately discarded. We only store metadata: threat type, severity, confidence, and timestamps. No one — not even snugapp.ai employees — can read your child's messages.
All data between your device and snugapp.ai servers is encrypted with industry-standard TLS. API keys and secrets are managed through Google Cloud Secret Manager.
Alert records are automatically deleted after 91 days via our TTL (Time-to-Live) policy. You can also manually dismiss alerts from your Dashboard at any time.

Yes! If you know a chat is safe (e.g., a family group), you can mark it as 'Ignored' or 'Known' directly from any alert card. 'Ignore' skips future analysis entirely, while 'Known' (trusted) adjusts AI risk scores to factor in familiarity. Once set by a guardian, these manual overrides are permanent and will never be overwritten by the system.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking 'Manage Your Subscription' in your Dashboard > Settings. This opens the Paddle billing portal where you can cancel. There are no long-term contracts or hidden cancellation fees. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Visit the Pricing page and click 'Downgrade to [Plan]' on the tier you'd like. After reviewing the details, confirm the change. Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then automatically switches to the new plan.
Visit the Pricing page and click 'Upgrade to [Plan]' on the tier you'd like. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Click 'Manage Your Subscription' in your Dashboard > Settings to open the Paddle billing portal. From there, you can update your payment details, view past invoices, and download receipts.
You can permanently delete your Snug account and all associated data by navigating to your Dashboard > Settings, and clicking the 'Delete Account' button in the Danger Zone section. Please note that this action is irreversible.
Yes! Audio, video, and image analysis is available on FAMILY, TRIBE, and VILLAGE plans. The AI transcribes and analyzes voice messages, and scans visual media for the same threat categories as text.
snugapp.ai can detect threats in conversations written in virtually any language. Our AI adapts to mixed-language conversations and can provide alert reasons in the guardian's preferred language (e.g., Hebrew, English).
